Laura’s Topiary Pillow - Update!
We posted a blog piece about Laura’s needlepoint pillow of a Kelly Clark topiary that she was working on back in May: click here to read the previous post
Her piece came back from the finisher and looks beautiful!
With the rich pink trim that complements the design, Laura did a great job and writes:
“I finally finished it (I’ve been working on & off on the Kelly Clark topiaries for the past year). I’m so happy it’s done and I love the way it turned out. Don’t you love it when the finished piece comes back? You think, ‘Did I do that? How fabulous!’ ”
It does look great. Laura should be very proud of this lovely pillow.

The finishing is gorgeous! Would it be possible for someone to blog about how to pick fabric and trim for pillows? When I go into a fabric store I’m clueless about what would look good, how much to buy, etc.
